From concept to completion we've developed a simple process to meet the needs of our clients. Below is a breakdown of our process...
Step 1
Contact Us
Please contact us through our online form at the bottom of this webpage. Provide to us your contact info and a detailed description of your project with photos and videos if possible. We will promptly contact you to schedule a consultation over the phone.
Step 2
Phone Consultation
During our initial phone consultation we will be discussing key elements to identify your project. Some of these elements include: your vision, needs, desired amenities, style, & budget. If design services are needed we will go over fees associated with developing your design.
If you already have a professional design drawn up for your project you can skip to step 5. If you have a simple project that does not require a design such as replacing existing lawn areas with artificial turf, adding or replacing flatwork with pavers and/or concrete, etc. you can also proceed to step 5.
Step 3
Site Visit Meeting
Once a design contract has been signed and deposit collected, We will schedule a jobsite meeting with you in order to go over design parameters and measure site areas. During this meeting will be documenting existing site conditions and discuss any observation we might have.
Step 4
Project Design Development
During the design development process our team will put together a concise and detailed 2 dimensional rough draft of your project illustrating a proposed design concept. We will do so by taking into account the design guidelines set on previous site visit and discussions. We will set a meeting to present the concept design and make any revisions as requested. As a visual aid, 3 dimensional renderings are also available at your request and at an additional cost.
Once your project design has been finalized we will prepare a final draft of your project.
Step 5
Project Budget & Timeline
Once you have a professional design in hand we will put together an accurate cost to complete your project. We will provide you with a detailed contract that will show all included scopes of work and material details. At this point if you choose to proceed with our construction services we will need a signed contract along with requested deposit outlined in contract. We will then schedule your project for construction and provide you with an estimated time frame for completion.
Step 6
Construction Process
Let the magic begin! From day 1 you will find our construction crew working hard to complete your project on time and on budget. We keep you in the loop at all aspects of the construction process and relay any questions and/or issues immediately if they should arise. If any changes are made to the original scope of work a written change order will be provided to you for approval before any work is to be performed.

Whether we design your project or you provide your own we strive to carefully assess for improvements and make recommendations at all phases of construction process.
Step 7
Final Project Walkthrough
Once the construction process is completed. We will schedule a final walkthrough with you to make sure that all scopes of work have been completed to your satisfaction. If needed a punch list will be formulated and completed before final payment draw will be paid.
Step 8
Project Preservation
After completion we provide a 3 month maintenance service plan included in your project cost in order to dial in and oversee all aspects of your newly installed project. This is especially crucial when new plants and trees are newly installed and need to re-establish in their new environment. We address any issues that should arise and that are covered under warranty. Clients have the option to extend maintenance service with us after the 3 month period ends.
